How are shops listed on the Sun Bicycles, Pure Cycles, and Sun Seeker dealer locators? 


Dealers will only appear on a brand's dealer locator if they have made a qualifying purchase within the last eight months.  This process happens automatically through weekly database updates between P21 and the brand website.  Updates Run Every Wednesday.


Important Note:  If a shop was not initially set up as a full-service bike shop, they are excluded from the dealer locator by default in P21 Ship To Maintenance. If the account recently placed a qualifying order and is still not appearing on the locator, this is likely the reason.

If you believe a shop should be listed but isn't, contact the JBI New Accounts Department for review:

How to get a Dealer Removed
If a dealer requests to be removed or if you notice a location listed in error, please contact the JBI New Accounts Department for assistance:




Shop Info

The shop location(s) are based on the account number, so they will all appear if a given account has multiple locations.

The Shop Name, Address, City, State, Zip, and Phone Number are populated with current P21 information.

If a dealer wishes to change any detail, the account holder must submit this by email to the JBI New Accounts Department.
