RP credits

• Credit will be issued for RP items only after the defective item or items have been picked up by the sales rep, and a properly completed RGA is submitted to and approved by Miami.
  • RGA must be completed through the JBI Rep Site http://www.jbimporters.com/salesrep/login.php
• Defective items or items will remain open on the Sales Rep Defect Log until the defective item or items have been returned to the Sales Rep home warehouse and processed.
• NOTE:  Sales Rep will be billed for any items on the Defect Log for over 90 days.

RP disposition

• The rep can destroy RP items under $25.00 wholesale in the field.
• RP items at or above $25.00 wholesale must be collected from the shop by the outside rep or returned to the appropriate JBI warehouse.
  • Note:  All defective items must be collected from the shop by the Sales Rep and disposed of offsite.
    • This will eliminate the chance of defective items being put back in use or reclaimed as a defect again at a later date.
• Defective or otherwise bad E-bike batteries should never be collected from the retailer!  Refer to E-Bike Battery Handling for complete details.
