Common issues may include cracks, alignment problems, welding defects, or paint irregularities.</li><li>Circumstances of Failure: Explain the events or conditions leading up to the failure.</li><li>Usage: Indicate whether the bike, trike, recumbent, or unicycle has been used for personal use or as part of a commercial enterprise.</li><li>Rider Details: Note if rider weight or size may have been a contributing factor.</li><li>Intended Use: Confirm whether the product has been ridden within the parameters of its intended design.</li><li>Storage Conditions: Describe how the product has been stored (indoors or outdoors). </li></ul><hr><h3 draggable="false" id="supporting-photos">Supporting Photos</h3><ul><li><div draggable="false">Photo 1 &#x2013; Complete Bike:&#xA0; Provide a clear photo of the entire bicycle. &#xA0;Partial bike photos will not be accepted. &#xA0;The photo should be taken from the drive side unless the non-drive side is directly relevant to the claim. </div></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><div draggable="false">Photo 2 &#x2013; Affected Area: Provide a close-up photo fo the damaged or defective area. &#xA0;Multiple photos may be submitted if needed. </div></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><div draggable="false">Photo 3 &#x2013; Serial Number:&#xA0;Provide a clear photo of bike&apos;s serial number.</div></li></ul>
